My worst online shopping experience at Prestige Camera

I have spent thousand of dollars with online shopping especially at Amazon but I skipped them for the Panasonic Lumix FX9 since Prestige Camera was selling it at $257 + shipping. That is 24% lower than the price at Amazon. I read a few good reviews about them so I decided to give a try. I did my transaction on Friday night and received email on Saturday to give them a call on Sunday. Here's what happened:

1. They try to sell me extra battery and they told me it was original Panasonic battery at 1/2 the price. This battery id different from the original since it is 1200 mAh and lasts longer.
2. They asked if I wanted a camera bag since it does not come with any case and I could not find the bag online for the FX9. They lied to me that it is the bag design for FX9.
3. They try to sell extra warranty and memory which I refused since I have ordered from Amazon the SanDisk 1GB Utra II.
4. When the order arrived, the AC power cable was missing and the battery is OEM and digital bag is the ugliest bag on earth.

I called them to complain about the big lie and asked them if I could return the OEM battery and the ugly bag. Since they put the camera and the accessories as a package cost, I have to return everyhing and they will need to charge me 5% re-stock fees. This company is not trustworthy, the sales tactics are sleazy, they practise the classic bait and switch operations and customer service is very rude.

Read the bad review I posted at NexTag and "READ THE RETURN POLICY PLEASE BEFORE YOU BUY". Here is the BBB report about the company and the number of complaints.
